About Find A Teacher

Find A Teacher makes it simple to find the right person to teach you or your child something new — whether that's WAEC-level Mathematics, conversational French, piano, coding, or a hobby you've always wanted to pick up. We work with clients across Nigeria and Nigerians abroad who want teachers back home or wherever they are.

Post what you're looking for and verified teachers send you their offers — there's no cost to post a request. You compare offers, chat with the teachers you like on Find A Teacher, and choose the one who's right for you. Teachers browse real requests from people actively searching for help, and get free bids every month to respond to the ones worth pursuing.

Every teacher on the platform can verify their identity, and we're working on professional credential verification too, so you have real signals to go on before you invite someone to teach.
